Elizabeth A. Johnson
Elizabeth Anne Johnson (Nueva York, EE.UU., 1941), religiosa de las Hermanas de San José de Brentwood, es una destacada teóloga católica y profesora emérita de Teología Sistemática en la Universidad de Fordham (Nueva York). Fue la primera mujer en obtener el doctorado en Teología en la Universidad Católica de América.
Su obra se sitúa en la intersección entre la teología feminista, la teología sistemática y la teología ecológica, con una profunda fidelidad al espíritu del Concilio Vaticano II.
Ha sido reconocida con numerosos doctorados honoris causa y premios internacionales por su contribución al pensamiento teológico contemporáneo.
